The nasi lemak was really nice — rice was fragrant and not sticky, and the sambal had a great aroma, not too spicy. The popcorn chicken was fresh and delicious too! The only downside was the waiting time. I had to wait about 25 minutes for just two nasi lemak, even though the shop wasn’t busy. Overall, the food was good and worth a try. Hopefully, they can improve the serving speed next time!

I love everything about this shop! Plus, it's my favorite color . The environment is great, and the warm greetings from the staff made me feel truly appreciated. I also love the artwork on the walls and the nostalgic old-school games on the dining tables, which brought back childhood memories. I had the Bihun Siam with Chicken Popper, and to my surprise, the sambal was amazing! I absolutely loved the taste. Highly recommended for anyone to try this new spot in the neighborhood. I'll definitely be coming back! Great job, Makan Shoppe!

The staff were good, food was nice. Ordered the rice with fried chicken and curry. The curry was delicious but so little to me. The drinks also perfectly made. Ice cream taste good too. Similar to Ikea ice cream.
